SCOPE AND APPLICATION
This Privacy Statement ("Statement") applies to persons anywhere in the world who use the Fuel Buddy app.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
When you use our app, we collect anonymous information about you in the following general categories:

• Location Information: We may collect the precise location of your device when the app is running in the foreground or background.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, advertising identifiers and mobile network information.
• Log Information: When you interact with the Services, we collect server logs, which may include information like device IP address, access dates and times, app features or pages viewed and app crashes.
• Email IDs: We never collect your email passwords (or any other passwords). Email IDs will be collected to serve as user logins (for Cloud accounts).
• We reserve the right to integrate third party SDKs into Fuel Buddy, which may collect anonymous information. Currently the app integrates with the following services:

USE OF INFORMATION
We may use the information we collect about you to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including, for example, provide products and services you request (and send related information), develop new features, provide customer support to users and send product updates and administrative messages;
• Perform internal operations, including, for example, to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems; to conduct data analysis, testing, and research; and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends;
• Personalize and improve the Services, including to provide or recommend features and content;

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We reserve the right to share anonymous information we collect (mentioned under the section 'Collection of Information') with third-party business partners who commit to comply with applicable laws concerning their usage of the information. All the information shared will be anonymous and de-identified.

SURVEY SERVING TECHNOLOGY
This app uses Unomer and Pollfish SDKs. Unomer and Pollfish are on-line survey platforms, through which, anyone may conduct surveys. Unomer and Pollfish collaborate with Developers of applications for smartphones in order to have access to users of such applications and address survey questionnaires to them. When a user connects to this app, a specific set of user's device data (including Advertising ID which will may be processed by these SDKs only in strict compliance with google play policies- and/or other device data) and response meta-data (including information about the apps which the user has installed in his mobile phone) is automatically sent to Unomer and Pollfish servers, in order for these platforms to discern whether the user is eligible for a survey. For a full list of data received by Pollfish through this app, please read carefully Pollfish respondent terms located at https://www.pollfish.com/terms/respondent. These data will be associated with your answers to the questionnaires whenever Pollfish sents such questionnaires to eligible users. By downloading the application you accept this privacy policy document and you hereby give your consent for the processing by Pollfish of the aforementioned data. Furthermore, you are informed that you may disable Pollfish operation at any time by using the Pollfish "opt out section" available on Pollfish website . We once more invite you to check the respondent's terms of use, if you wish to have more detailed view of the way Pollfish works.
